About the Role
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team in France. This essential role involves managing projects from start to finish, from local needs assessment to post-deployment support.
Key Responsibilities
- βVisit clients to audit their business processes, including receiving soiled linen, sorting, washing, shipping, and traceability requirements.
- βWrite functional and technical specifications.
- βPropose suitable solutions including software and hardware such as portable terminals, RFID, and conveyors.
- βMaintain existing applications.
- βDevelop new features or specific modules using WinDev/WebDev/WinDev Mobile.
- βManage the database (HFSQL).
- βEnsure interfacing with programmable industrial controllers or third-party systems (ERP, accounting).
- βInstall the solution on the client site across France.
- βConfigure equipment including RFID antennas, barcode readers, and thermal printers.
- βTrain end users and local administrators.
- βProvide technical support levels 2 and 3.
- βAnalyze client feedback to propose continuous improvements.
- βMaintain technical and user documentation.
- βLead the technical support team (Helpdesk) and ensure the quality and speed of service to internal users.
- βImplement and maintain established practices for incident, problem, and change management.
Requirements
- βExperience in IT project management.
- βProficiency in WinDev, WebDev, WinDev Mobile, and HFSQL.
- βKnowledge of RFID, ERP systems, and industrial automation.
- βStrong communication and client interaction skills.
- βAbility to travel across France for on-site installations and support.
