About the Role

We are looking for a Manager Commercial Finance and FP&A to join IDS. This role will provide analytical support to financial processes, drive value to the business, and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with commercial and senior leadership to ensure objectives are met
→Support and drive the strategic, annual operating plan and forecast processes
→Manage ad-hoc business projects tied to value modeling and margin analysis
→Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
→Analyze Gross Margin and Operating Margin across all product lines and customer segments
→Design, model, and manage the financial impact of sales incentive plans
→Monitor the accuracy and distribution of sales reports
→Implement and utilize enabling technologies like Power BI and Oracle OAC
→Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls in accordance with SOX

Requirements

✓Experience in commercial finance and FP&A
✓Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✓Knowledge of financial modeling and margin analysis
✓Experience with Power BI and Oracle OAC
✓Understanding of sales compensation and incentive design
✓Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements
