About the Role
You will have a direct impact on the program goals of LEAD (Leadership Experience and Accelerated Development), an Early Career Program of Avery Dennison Materials Group APAC, while gaining insights into the Talent Acquisition function and business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and APAC business units to ensure smooth program onboarding and an effective learning experience.
- →Support the planning and execution of early talent programs and hiring activities at both local and regional levels.
- →Support LEAD communication initiatives, including promoting early talent programs and showcasing successful outcomes.
