About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Mass Recruitment is responsible for managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment of blue-collar workforce for manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and production leaders
- →Translate manpower plans into actionable recruitment activities with clear timelines
- →Develop and execute sourcing strategies through local labor markets, referrals, and job boards
- →Conduct initial screening to assess work experience and job fit
- →Prepare and issue offer letters and employment documents
- →Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate files
- →Prepare periodic recruitment reports on hiring progress
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years of hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment
- ✓Strong execution skills and high attention to detail
- ✓Effective communication with hiring managers in a fast-paced factory environment
- ✓Experience with labor laws and compliance requirements
- ✓Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
