About the Role
We are looking for a Workforce Experience Analyst - Total Rewards to provide essential administrative and tactical support within our Global Workforce Operations team, ensuring best-in-class service delivery for Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process inquiries and workflows, including compensation, promotion, incentive programs, and immigration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- →Support the implementation and administration of recognition, rewards, and incentive programs (e.g., “Thank You” program, tuition reimbursement, service awards).
- →Manage and audit HRIS workflows (Oracle HCM), ensuring accurate and timely data handling and system integrity.
- →Provide end-user support for tools like ServiceNow and Oracle’s HR Compensation module, troubleshooting basic issues.
- →Participate in data collection for market surveys and special projects as directed.
- →Deliver exceptional service by guiding employees and HR partners on routine Total Rewards policies and programs and escalating complex inquiries.
