About the Role
The Account Executive - Existing Clients will develop long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure optimal use and satisfaction with Avetta's SaaS platform. This role focuses on client renewals, expansion opportunities, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- →Ensure high satisfaction with solutions and services through collaboration with Client Implementation and Customer Success teams
- →Create and document strategic account plans for each assigned client
- →Perform remote and onsite client reviews to identify improvement opportunities
- →Communicate new features and products to clients
- →Identify expansion opportunities within assigned clients
- →Track and manage account management metrics and sales forecasts
- →Travel to client sites for in-person meetings and client-facing engagements
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of Account Management experience in an Enterprise software/complex sale, ideally SaaS
- ✓Proven success with renewal and/or expansion/upsell quota
- ✓Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
- ✓Technically sound in computer skills and CRM applications
- ✓Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- ✓Global experience is highly preferred
