About the Role
Avetta is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to manage end-to-end implementation projects for their Worker Management (WM) product. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients and requires expertise in the Avetta platform and worker management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end implementation of Worker Management for new and existing client expansions
- →Lead client kick-off meetings and set expectations for scope, timelines, and responsibilities
- →Ensure accurate and complete client configuration and business requirements documentation
- →Define, manage, and deliver against detailed project plans
- →Present and implement best-practice workflows
- →Engage in contractor/supplier onboarding activities
- →Serve as a subject matter expert on implementation processes
- →Analyze and improve implementation processes
- →Provide product feedback to Product Management
- →Collaborate with Product teams on system enhancements
- →Conduct occasional onsite client visits
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
