About the Role
The Marketing Planning Operations Manager is a strategic and operational leader supporting the entire Marketing organization. This role partners closely with the Marketing Leadership Team to align strategic priorities and ensure marketing executes with clarity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the Marketing Leadership Team to support prioritization and decision-making with data-driven insights.
- →Facilitate leadership meetings, set agendas, capture outcomes, and track follow-up actions.
- →Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews across the marketing leadership team.
- →Lead the annual planning process across the marketing team.
- →Develop and maintain standardized marketing processes and best practices.
- →Own the administration and adoption of marketing project management tools.
- →Implement AI and automation tools to improve project tracking and reporting.
- →Deliver dashboards and reports that measure program performance.
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in marketing operations, project/program management, or a related marketing leadership role.
- ✓Proven success balancing strategic planning with operational execution.
- ✓Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- ✓Expertise in marketing process design, governance, and performance measurement.
- ✓Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
- ✓Familiarity with marketing technology and project management tools.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and manage complex initiatives.
- ✓Experience with AI-enabled tools for marketing efficiency.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
