About the Role
The Technical Project Manager, CRM and Data Systems will lead complex technology projects across Avetta’s go-to-market and back-office ecosystem, focusing on CRM and data platforms. This role partners with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve data quality and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead planning and execution of CRM and data-focused projects
- →Define and maintain project charters, plans, and roadmaps
- →Manage multiple, concurrent projects in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
- →Coordinate work across internal and external teams
- →Run core project ceremonies and routines
- →Act as a technical project lead for CRM and data initiatives
- →Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- →Support design and coordination of system integrations
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with business sponsors
- →Lead requirements and discovery workshops
- →Communicate project status to various audiences
- →Drive change management initiatives
- →Establish and manage RAIDs for each project
- →Ensure data quality, security, and compliance considerations
- →Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and signoff
- →Contribute to project governance standards
- →Identify opportunities to standardize and improve project practices
- →Share lessons learned and best practices
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience with technology projects
- ✓Significant hands-on experience with CRM and RevOps domains
- ✓Experience with data-centric projects
- ✓Strong understanding of systems integration and data flows
- ✓Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- ✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, data platforms, and ERP/Billing systems
- ✓PMP, Prince2, or comparable certification
- ✓Agile/Scrum certification and experience with hybrid delivery models
- ✓Prior experience working with RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Data/Analytics teams
