Key Responsibilities
- βRepresent the Group Finance Systems team within the Payment Experience 2.0 cross-functional programme team
- βLead requirements gathering for all GFS workstreams within the programme
- βWork closely with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Technology
- βOwn the GFS-side test strategy for Payment Experience 2.0
- βElicit, document, and manage functional requirements from finance stakeholders
- βAct as the primary liaison between finance business and GFS team
- βWork with developers and architects to validate proposed solutions
- βSupport configuration and functional design decisions within D365 F&O
- βOwn and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- βSupport change management and user communications
- βProactively identify opportunities to improve finance processes
Requirements
- βProven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP implementations
- βStrong understanding of core finance processes
- βExperience in payment processes including AP/AR automation
- βAbility to work effectively in cross-functional programme teams
- βHands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations or comparable ERP
- βExperience writing functional specifications, process maps, and test scripts
- βExposure to Agile or structured project delivery methodologies
- βStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- βAnalytical and structured thinking with attention to detail
- βSelf-starter with ability to manage workload and prioritize
- βCollaborative team player with continuous improvement mindset
