About the Role
We are looking for a Professional Services Manager at Axon Enterprise to drive both pre-sale and post-sale initiatives for our comprehensive suite of products. This role will ensure customers adopt our solutions and realize their full potential to enhance organizational workflows and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with corporate leaders and technology decision-makers to provide consulting and deployment needs assessments
- →Plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations for Axon’s product suite
- →Oversee large and complex deployments, ensuring project scope is defined and timelines are met
- →Work closely with key stakeholders, including C-Suite Leadership and Directors of IT, to ensure successful adoption
- →Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans and materials
- →Document and communicate customer feature requests and issues
- →Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management
Requirements
- ✓BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience
- ✓Extensive experience in project management, including coordination and resource tracking
- ✓Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program
- ✓Understanding of software and hardware implementation, particularly in SaaS environments
- ✓Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar project management tools
- ✓In-depth knowledge of Axon products and digital evidence management systems
- ✓Experience working with corporate, retail, and security-based organizations
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- ✓Willingness to travel throughout North America
