About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Axon, a company dedicated to protecting life through innovative safety and justice solutions. In this role, you will build long-term partnerships with Axon's larger customers, helping them achieve their operational goals through the use of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build trusted partnerships with command staff, procurement, and training leads
- →Facilitate executive business reviews and annual ROI conversations
- →Manage customer onboarding and expectations
- →Act as a liaison between Sales, Professional Services, Support, and customers
- →Identify and flag early signs of friction or dissatisfaction
- →Develop success plans and track customer progress toward goals
- →Drive usage insights and support rollout planning for new cohorts
- →Conduct regular training webinars and calls
- →Collect customer feedback and influence product roadmap
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- ✓5+ years working in a customer-facing role
- ✓3+ years working with Enterprise-level customers
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Proven track record of leading process improvements
- ✓Experience tracking product adoption and customer engagement
- ✓Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- ✓Ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
