About the Role
We are looking for an Expansion Account Executive to join Axon and drive revenue growth within our existing customer base. This role focuses on expanding adoption of Axon’s ecosystem of hardware, software, and connected solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive year-over-year revenue expansion by managing a portfolio of existing Axon customers
- →Develop and execute long-term account growth strategies across hardware, software, and services
- →Identify expansion opportunities through workflow discovery, usage analysis, and stakeholder mapping
- →Build relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, procurement, and IT stakeholders
- →Lead value-based conversations that connect Axon solutions to agency outcomes and ROI
- →Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to accelerate adoption and expansion
- →Manage renewals, expansions, and contract growth in alignment with customer objectives
- →Accurately forecast pipeline, expansion opportunities, and renewal risk
- →Maintain detailed account plans, opportunity tracking, and customer insights in Salesforce
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience
- ✓4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- ✓Demonstrated success in account expansion, upsell, or enterprise account management
- ✓Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- ✓Strong consultative selling and account planning capabilities
- ✓Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- ✓Field sales experience preferred
- ✓Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts over time
