As a Learning & Development Program Manager II, you will design, build, and deliver learning programs that strengthen capability across the business. You will partner with regional and international stakeholders, with a primary focus on Vietnam, to identify needs, create effective learning solutions, and scale programs that improve performance, leadership, and employee development.
This role is ideal for someone who blends strong instructional design, facilitation, program management, and stakeholder partnership skills — and who knows how to turn learning needs into practical, high-impact solutions.
What You’ll Do
Location: Hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Work Location
This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday through Friday and remote on Mondays, unless an approved accommodation applies. We place a high value on in-person collaboration and building a strong in-office culture.
• Lead learning programs end to end, from needs analysis through design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Partner with regional and international stakeholders, with a primary focus on Vietnam, to identify capability gaps and learning priorities
• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple formats, including live training, virtual sessions, workshops, and digital learning
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders
• Build scalable learning journeys that support onboarding, role development, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and cross-functional partners to create relevant, high-quality content
• Train and support internal facilitators to deliver learning programs effectively and consistently
• Measure program impact using feedback, participation data, assessments, and other relevant metrics
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
• Stay current on L&D trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them thoughtfully
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, talent development, or a related field
• Experience managing learning programs from strategy through execution and evaluation
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading both in-person and virtual learning experiences
• Experience designing content across multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• A data-informed approach to evaluating learning effectiveness and improving programs over time
• Comfort working across regions, cultures, and time zones
• Proficiency with common learning and content development tools such as PowerPoint, Workday Learning, iSpring, Articulate, Canva, or similar platforms
• A collaborative, self-directed mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Experience supporting teams in Vietnam and broader international markets is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
