About the Role
We are looking for an English-Speaking Business Development Representative to join Axonius, a fast-growing cybersecurity startup. This role focuses on generating qualified leads and creating market awareness in the Nordic-focused region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate qualified leads through strategic outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- →Execute targeted campaigns by understanding prospect needs and scheduling discovery calls
- →Build and maintain targeted lists of key accounts and contacts
- →Respond to and qualify inbound leads from demos, events, and marketing initiatives
- →Schedule high-quality platform demonstrations for the sales team
- →Meet and exceed performance metrics while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in English; a second language aligned to northern Europe is preferred (e.g., Dutch, Swedish, German)
- ✓Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing sales role
- ✓At least 1 year in a sales development or business development representative role
- ✓Passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Excellent qualifying, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- ✓Comfortable engaging with customers, colleagues, and prospects
- ✓Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
