About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to lead enterprise sales efforts within the DFW region, targeting large organizations with over 2,000 employees. This pivotal role requires a strong work ethic and relentless drive to build and maintain a robust pipeline while exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy to deliver a 4x pipeline relative to quota
- →Operate with a bias for action, focusing on measurable outcomes and accountability to activity goals
- →Build and nurture channel and security/IT vendor partnerships to accelerate growth
- →Qualify and advance opportunities using value-based selling methodologies like MEDDPIC
- →Maintain high-quality hygiene in Salesforce and Clari with consistent Chatter posts and accurate forecasting
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of success in closing enterprise accounts with a proven hunter mentality
- ✓Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in large organizations
- ✓Ability to build and execute regional go-to-market strategies with channel partners and cross-functional teams
- ✓Strong knowledge of enterprise IT and security environments including endpoint protection, SIEM, firewalls, and cloud platforms
