About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Engineering for the Platform team in Berlin. This role involves leading engineering teams responsible for building and scaling platform products, driving technical vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and inspire engineering teams, driving innovation and strategy for internal platform products
- →Drive technical execution of product development from planning to release
- →Establish engineering roadmap and direction, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- →Understand stakeholder needs and direct engineering efforts to meet requirements
- →Enhance product lifecycle management by monitoring performance and implementing optimizations
- →Cultivate a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and open communication
- →Guide and mentor engineering managers, promoting continuous learning and growth
