Youβll be part of the Product Design team at Back Market. Weβre passionate about building interfaces with a user-centric mindset. We zoom out to see the bigger picture but also understand the devil is in the details. Weβre responsible for the user experience on Back Market for customers with after sales issues, customer service agents and sellers of refurbished tech. We improve and innovate through designing, prototyping, testing, and iterating. We evolve it in collaboration with extraordinary people.
We do this because we want to make the world a better place (that sounds cheesy, but we mean it!). After all, our goal is to offer more than just an alternative avenue to buy tech products β we want to do e-commerce differently. β»οΈ
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): π₯
- Collaborating and supporting the product design team in their daily work
- Taking ownership of some design projects that contribute to user and business impact
- Helping us flesh out design systems documentation and material
- Learning to be a kick-ass product designer!
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: β
- You have a user centric mindset with some formal knowledge regarding UX / UI / Product Design processes
- Youβre familiar with designing and prototyping tools like Figma and are experimenting with AI tools that supercharge the design process
- Youβre open minded, curious and pragmatic
- Youβre excited about simplifying complex processes for our users
- You have attention to detail and are obsessive about raising the quality of the customer experience
- Youβre comfortable in communicating professionally in English as we are an international team
ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP βΉοΈ
- Starting date: September / October 2026
- Duration: 12 months
- Schedule: Full-time (35H/week), following your school's proposed rythme
- Location: Paris, France
- Contract: apprenticeship contract provided by your French school is required
