About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Basis. This role involves strategic account management and relationship building to drive adoption of our digital media operations platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Own your own book of dedicated customers, focusing on continued revenue growth and platform usage
→Establish best practices and creative strategies to rapidly grow client spend and platform adoption
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance client value
→Provide business insights through regular reports to drive revenue and KPIs
→Maintain detailed client health tracking and engagement documentation
→Maintain a deep understanding of Basis' software products and industry knowledge
→Work closely with champions and decision makers to influence growth strategies
→Continue education and develop programmatic buying knowledge for customers
→Review campaigns and provide detailed feedback to educate platform buyers
→Help realize client goals by customizing training and making optimization recommendations
→Work with internal support, product, and operations teams to provide assistance post-sale
→Maintain and improve the NPS and advocacy program

Requirements

✓Minimum 2 years experience in advertising technology or related field
✓Minimum 2 years sales experience in direct sales, sales training, or account management
✓1+ years experience in a DSP/programmatic space
✓Dynamic presenter and public speaker
✓Problem-solving ability and adaptability to a rapidly changing technology environment
✓Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams
✓Positive attitude aligned with our ‘raving fan’ service philosophy
✓Ability to learn complex software applications and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✓Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, people, and time management skills
✓Enthusiasm to grow revenue and drive adoption of Basis
✓Deep knowledge of online business practices
✓Ability to travel, including some day and overnight trips
