About the Role

Berkadia’s internship program offers an opportunity to explore the commercial real estate industry while developing foundational skills in project management and technology. This role is part of the Agile Project Management (APM) team in Berkadia’s Innovation Group, where you will work with experienced Agile leaders and cross-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Support and lead the execution of agile-focused improvement initiatives
→Conduct research, interviews, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
→Document processes and create practical tools for project management teams
→Prepare and deliver presentations and written reports for senior stakeholders
→Collaborate with agile product managers, engineers, architects, and other leaders
→Stay updated on trends in commercial real estate, agile methods, and emergent technologies

Requirements

✓Current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
✓Technical curiosity, especially in Agile, AI, and technology-driven solutions
✓Basic technology skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word
