The Learning Experience Designer will support the creation and delivery of innovative learning solutions that drive new knowledge retention and application, in alignment with key business outcomes. We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:
Responsibilities:
• Support the team’s understanding and implementation of learning experience design practices.
• Define and implement a user-centered design process that includes research, experimentation, ideation, conceptualization, prototyping, iteration, and testing, specifically for the purpose of spurring adult learning.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive learning experiences that are aligned with stakeholders’ business objectives.
• Implement experiential learning through live ILT/VILT, eLearning, and other methodologies, based on the approach best suited to that audience of learners.
• Focus on the learner and the process the learner goes through to apply new knowledge. Work to deeply understand learner goals, challenges, and unique needs to define the learning journey, including potentially defining different learning personas.
• Build experiences and practices that expressly ensure that the learning journey is memorable, engaging, relevant, and informative.
• Consistently gather learner feedback and stakeholder input to inform and iterate on design decisions.
• Leverages data to enhance and validate learning experiences.
• Use creative problem solving, design thinking, and user experience practices to define progressive approaches to providing powerful learning experiences.
• Other duties as assigned.
We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience creating and delivering experiential learning designed for adult learners.
• Educational focus in Education, Instructional Design, Cognitive Science, or related field of study preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in applying design thinking and user experience practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with survey creation and data analytics.
• Experience with one or more eLearning content authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Experience in clearly articulating a business case, defining outcomes, and effectively communicating to multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• ​​Bachelor's degree or equivalent​
• ​​3+ years of experience in a similar position​
