$100,000 - $130,000 /year

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing External Digital Product team at BETA Technologies, a company revolutionizing electric aviation through innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and develop web applications to support our external digital products
→Design and develop REST APIs and Event-driven systems using AWS (Lambda, EventBridge)
→Ensure a consistent experience across the entire product suite
→Design, write, test and deploy production-ready code leveraging agentic coding tools
→Collaborate directly with stakeholders across teams to continuously improve our applications
→Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development
→Participate in cross team software guilds to improve Beta’s software organization
→Develop and collaborate with Software Architecture Leads to maintain long term technical designs and roadmaps
→Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency
→Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the development process
→Assess technical feasibility of project requirements
→Work with a team of software engineers to deliver high quality code in a regular release cadence

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field
✓Experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
✓Experience working with Git version control
✓Experience with React and NodeJS
✓Experience with CI/CD pipelines
✓Experience with Typescript
