About the Role
BETA Technologies is seeking a Leader of Generative Artificial Intelligence – Certified Software to define and execute our generative AI strategy. This high-impact leadership role will transform how we design, build, certify, manufacture, and support our products using state-of-the-art AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own BETA’s enterprise generative AI strategy aligned with business objectives and safety requirements.
- →Identify high-value use cases across engineering, manufacturing, and other corporate functions.
- →Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions.
- →Build and lead a high-performing AI team, including engineers and data scientists.
- →Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI use.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in software, data, or AI-driven product development.
- ✓Demonstrated experience deploying generative AI solutions in production environments.
- ✓Strong understanding of modern AI/ML architectures.
- ✓Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation in complex industries.
- ✓Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical depth and executive decision making.
