About the Role
We are looking for a Network Engineer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires technical leadership and expertise in various networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure
- →Architect highly available, scalable, and secure network solutions aligned with business objectives
- →Implement network services according to industry best practices and standards
- →Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers
- →Administer and optimize networking components including Cisco and Aruba switches, wireless access points, VPNs, FortiGate Next-Generation Firewalls, load balancers, and monitoring systems
- →Design and support enterprise wireless networks using HPE Aruba and Ubiquiti UniFi access points and controllers
- →Implement network security strategies across hybrid environments
- →Lead 24x7 monitoring strategy, incident response, and root cause analysis for network performance and outages
- →Participate in and lead critical incident troubleshooting efforts
- →Develop and enforce network engineering standards and secure interconnection practices
- →Drive automation initiatives using scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) for configuration management and monitoring
- →Own documentation of architecture, processes, standards, and change management
