About the Role
BetterUp is seeking a Quality Operations Lead to bridge analytics, operations, and strategy to scale excellence across our platform. This role will drive quality across Coaches, Members, Partners, and Products, embedding quality as a strategic capability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build proactive quality intelligence systems that detect, predict, and prevent quality risks
- →Design scalable frameworks that uncover insights and automate next steps
- →Operationalize systems for measurable quality across Coaches, Members, and Partners
- →Partner with Product, Data Science, and Coach Quality to explore AI applications
- →Drive strategic insights for executive decisions on renewal risk and network health
- →Serve as a connective force across teams to ensure insights translate into action
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or systems design
- ✓Deeply data fluent with ability to move from raw data to strategic insight
- ✓Track record of designing and operationalizing systems for measurable results
- ✓Exceptional communicator able to translate analytical complexity
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and AI-powered platforms
- ✓Familiarity with Python a plus
