About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager, Customer Support to join BEUMER Group, a family-owned industry leader in airport and logistic systems. This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously across different customers, focusing on upgrades and modernizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support in sales phases and contractual review from quality, risk, and cost perspectives
- →Prepare project plans for all phases of projects
- →Coordinate all project activities, resources, and stakeholders with the project team
- →Manage project stakeholders with close and constructive communication with customers
- →Manage the financial status and ensure proper documentation
- →Ensure proper project closure and handover to Service Manager
Requirements
- ✓An engineering and/or commercial education at bachelor's degree or similar
- ✓International project management experience within service, upgrades, or aftermarket
- ✓A structured approach to project execution processes, including stage-gate and agile methodologies
- ✓Understanding of project management knowledge areas such as PMI, IPMA, or Agile
- ✓Fluency in English
