About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate internal and external stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects. This role involves ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, customers for project execution
- →Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- →Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- →Ensure resource availability and allocation
- →Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- →Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- →Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- →Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- →Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- →Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- →Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- →Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- →Meet with clients to clarify project requirements
- →Delegate project tasks based on staff members' strengths
- →Track project performance to analyze goal completion
- →Meet budgetary objectives and recommend adjustments
- →Develop comprehensive project plans for stakeholders
- →Use and develop leadership skills
- →Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps
- →Maintain BGMS & Project related documents
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management
- ✓Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
- ✓Strong stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and costs
- ✓Knowledge of risk management techniques
- ✓Excellent communication and leadership skills
- ✓Ability to develop and maintain project documentation
