About the Role
We are looking for an Innovation & Development Project Manager to lead complex projects in the E-Commerce and courier, express, and parcel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive exciting development projects in the E-Commerce and courier, express, and parcel industry from concept to implementation
- →Lead interdisciplinary international project teams and coordinate all stakeholders, both internally and externally, locally and globally
- →Utilize modern technologies from mechanical engineering, material flow simulation, robotics, and image processing to develop smart, scalable solutions
- →Work in an agile setup and are closely connected with our sales, engineering, and development units
- →Carry technical overall responsibility from requirement analysis to system integration and realization in customer projects
- →Analyze technical and economic decisions, manage risks, and apply agile and classic project management methods such as Scrum
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management within the E-Commerce or logistics industry
- ✓Strong technical background with knowledge of mechanical engineering, material flow simulation, robotics, and image processing
- ✓Proficiency in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- ✓Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to analyze technical and economic decisions and manage project risks
