About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and proactive HR Business Partner to join our People team at BigID. This role will act as a bridge between business goals and HR initiatives, working closely with leaders to foster a high-performing, engaged, and healthy organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with leaders at all levels to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- →Partner with managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and provide practical coaching on management challenges.
- →Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and values.
- →Lead initiatives that boost engagement and wellbeing, designing and executing creative programs that reflect our unique culture and values.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of hands-on experience as an HRBP within a high-tech or startup environment.
- ✓Proven experience supporting diverse employee populations globally, with a deep understanding of managing distributed teams.
- ✓Excellent coaching and consultation skills, with the ability to challenge leaders while maintaining high trust and credibility.
- ✓A proactive, "can-do" mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and execute high-quality results in short timeframes.
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew (at a professional global level).
- ✓A collaborative spirit with experience working as part of a multi-functional HR team to achieve collective goals.
- ✓A true passion for employee experience, with the ability to design innovative initiatives that enhance company culture.
