About the Role
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist to join Binance through the Accelerator Program. This role focuses on managing identity and access systems within the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, providing an immersive experience in Web3 technology for early career talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage Identity and Access Management for back-end operating systems
- →Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation and maintenance
- →Maintain and enhance IAM AIbot functionalities
- →Provide functional and business technology support including chat FAQ handling, account management, and permission authorization
- →Support STAP Monitoring to review system alerts
- →Continuously evaluate system effectiveness and suggest improvements
- →Correlate events across multiple systems to proactively identify and resolve issues
- →Handle ad-hoc assignments from management with minimal supervision
Requirements
- ✓Diploma or Degree in IT or Computing related field
- ✓Direct experience with Identity and Access Management principles
- ✓Understanding of security protocols and best practices
- ✓Familiarity with access control technologies and tools
- ✓Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Understanding of AI workflows, LLMs, Vector database, and Elastic search
- ✓Proficiency in Python and Django or other software engineering tools
- ✓Bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency for coordinating with overseas partners
- ✓High flexibility and adaptability to change
