About the Role

The Graphic Designer will create world-class design work for Binance, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchange platforms. This role involves producing brilliant, compelling, and effective designs to meet all of Binance’s creative needs.

Key Responsibilities

• →Interpret and execute creative briefs to produce best-in-class design work for Binance’s MENASA region as well as global brand and product campaigns.
• →Deliver daily, weekly, and seasonal campaign creatives that align with the brand’s creative direction.
• →Collaborate closely with design leads, senior designers, project managers, and copywriters to plan, create, and deliver integrated campaigns on schedule.
• →Serve as the creative point of contact for EU local marketing teams, leading creative efforts on key regional and broader campaigns.
• →Support acquisition and retention objectives by producing engaging digital creatives that drive awareness, traffic, and user engagement.
• →Use campaign performance insights to iterate, optimize, and enhance creative outputs continuously.
• →Challenge conventions and innovate by identifying and implementing improvements in daily creative workflows.
• →Create and deliver brand and content assets that align with Binance’s design standards and needs.
• →Stay informed on competitor activities and relevant trends in branding, social media, and design.
