About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. This role focuses on driving regional growth campaigns and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to enhance user engagement and platform ecosystem usage.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute regional growth campaigns in partnership with local & central stakeholders to meet business objectives
- →Drive growth marketing promotions across the CIS/CEE region targeting user stickiness and platform usage
- →Establish marketing best practices using data-driven insights and A/B testing strategies
- →Measure, understand, and report critical metrics progress to regional management & Central Leaders
- →Develop marketing strategies aimed at maximizing long-term client value through customer segmentation and personalization
- →Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through product asks and user education
- →Monitor campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback
- →Act as a driver for platform innovations and community needs solutions
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years of experience in Growth/Digital/Marketing departments
- ✓Data-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities related to user behavior analysis and user retention strategy development
- ✓Execution-oriented professional with the ability to launch both large-scale and targeted campaigns
- ✓Experience in user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and A/B testing
- ✓Strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology
- ✓Ability to work independently and execute initiatives from A to Z
- ✓Proven experience in growing and managing user base with strong coordination skills and strategic mindset
- ✓Creative thinking for developing innovative product organizational strategies and engaging campaigns
