About the Role
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. This role will support internal operations by providing technical assistance and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the first point of contact for service requests related to hardware, software, applications, and network issues
- →Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using available tools and best practices
- →Escalate and route incidents to appropriate teams while retaining ownership
- →Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels
- →Maintain a strong security-first mindset in all support activities
- →Assist in defining and improving IT operating procedures and documentation
- →Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms and documentation updates
- →Monitor systems and services, identifying trends and potential problem areas
- →Support IT Operations initiatives across multiple departments
- →Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with macOS and iOS devices
- ✓Proven experience managing Google Workspace, Okta, and Atlassian Suite
- ✓Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DHCP, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, IPSec VPN
- ✓Network monitoring and security principles
- ✓Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English
