About the Role
We are looking for an Operations / Project Management professional to join Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. This role involves managing project and operation requests, optimizing processes, and building risk control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Evaluate both internal and external requests, including ROI analysis
- →Manage project requests such as rebranding, token swaps, mainnet integration, and airdrops from external partners
- →Manage operation requests including legal agreements, risk control systems, and bot enhancements
- →Perform project management for successful implementation of requests
- →Optimize structure and processes to better manage and execute requests
- →Build up risk control systems and participate in ad-hoc events
- →Drive new initiatives and deliver quality results on time
- →Support risk management and operations optimization projects
- →Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary
Requirements

- ✓Data skills, proficient with Google suite of products
- ✓Intermediate understanding of crypto
- ✓Experience with data querying using SQL and Python
- ✓Experience with tools such as Dune analytics, Flipside, and Nansen
- ✓Understanding of project smart contracts
- ✓Strong passion for Web3 data and knowledge of different crypto sectors
- ✓Familiarity with top players' mechanisms in each sector
