Product Manager - Web3/ DeFi at Binance

Responsibilities • Own and drive wallet product development, with a focus on core wallet infrastructure, including key management, transaction construction and signing, and DeFi integrations • Research, innovate, and develop viable product strategies, and lead execution from concept through launch and post-launch iterations • Conduct competitive analysis, stay up to date with market trends, and differentiate products from competitors • Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and translate insights into product requirements, features, and final deliverables • Communicate product plans and roadmaps with senior management • Write and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and releases • Track and drive development and testing progress • Monitor and analyze key user metrics and continuously improve product performance Requirements • At least 5 years of Web3 product experience, with strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallet infrastructure, on-chain transaction lifecycle, payments, and DeFi • Proven experience leading large-scale product design and delivery from concept to launch • Strong market intuition and data-driven mindset, with the ability to quickly translate insights into actionable product solutions and drive execution • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin • Passion for emerging technologies and innovation, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution ability in a fast-evolving industry Nice to Have • Experience in AI + Web3 products (e.g., Agent, automation, intelligent execution) Why Binance • Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem • Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure • Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment • Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning • Competitive salary and company benefits • Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
