About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the localization and growth of Big Pay products in LATAM. This role focuses on ensuring the product experience aligns with local user behavior and payment habits, while identifying user pain points and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive the localization and growth of Big Pay products in LATAM
→Identify user pain points and business opportunities through direct engagement
→Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis
→Design and iterate product solutions including user flows and wireframes
→Work across the full product development lifecycle
→Analyze product performance using data-driven approaches
→Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business teams
→Ensure the product design considers risk management and compliance
→Understand and optimize key payment processes
→Act as a bridge between LATAM markets and global product teams

Requirements

✓5+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, or transaction-based platforms
✓Strong understanding of e-payment systems and payment infrastructure
✓Familiarity with payment reconciliation and settlement flows
✓Solid product design skills including wireframing and user flow design
✓Strong data analysis capability
✓Good understanding of risk control and compliance considerations
✓Experience working with engineering teams
✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
✓Bilingual English and Spanish/Portuguese
