About the Role
We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. This role focuses on developing AI-powered tools to enhance customer service operations and internal service tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the roadmap for AI-powered agent assistance tools
- →Identify bottlenecks in customer service operations and leverage LLM and automation technologies to streamline processes
- →Optimize the internal information retrieval architecture to ensure agents can access accurate knowledge base articles efficiently
- →Design experiments to quantify the business impact of AI implementations
- →Partner with Algorithm, Engineering, and Operations teams to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business scenarios
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or above with 4+ years of Product Management experience, focusing on B2B products, CRM, or Internal Efficiency Tools
- ✓2+ years of experience in applying AI/LLM technologies to real-world business problems
- ✓Strong ability to analyze complex workflows and design scalable system solutions
- ✓Proficiency in data analysis and defining success metrics for efficiency tools
- ✓Excellent communication skills to manage expectations across various stakeholders
