About the Role
Binance Accelerator Program is seeking an Early Career Talent to join our Wallet Operations team. This is an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space, providing hands-on experience with exchange wallets and blockchain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals
- →Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays
- →Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets
- →Coordinate network upgrades, token events, and testing
- →Monitor internal alerts and collaborate on incident response
- →Review risk controls to prevent potential impacts
- →Simplify or automate internal processes
- →Work with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related inquiries
- →Partner with stakeholders to solve customer pain-points
Requirements
- ✓Current university student or recent graduate
- ✓Familiarity with blockchain technologies like EVM, Polkadot, and Cosmos
- ✓Knowledge of on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and new projects
- ✓Understanding of wallet infrastructure including nodes and custody models
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ✓Ability to make clear decisions in pressure situations
- ✓Thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment
- ✓TradFi custody experience is a plus
