About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at BioMatrix, a nationwide infusion pharmacy. This role is responsible for developing, writing, and managing high-quality content across multiple channels to engage audiences, strengthen brand presence, and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a consistent content strategy that engages audiences and strengthens the broader brand.
- →Produce high-volume content across channels, including short-form promotional copy and long-form storytelling.
- →Create and optimize mass marketing emails tailored to audience segments.
- →Draft press releases and public-facing communications to elevate the company’s mission and message.
- →Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other platforms.
- →Monitor content performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- →Partner closely with designers, business development teams, brand partners, and external collaborators.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- ✓Four (4) or more years of experience in content marketing, email marketing, social media, and copywriting.
- ✓Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- ✓Experience managing content for social platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- ✓Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot.
- ✓Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- ✓Strong understanding of audience psychology and conversion-driven messaging.
- ✓Ability to write across multiple tones including inspirational, urgent, heartfelt, playful, and professional.
- ✓Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced marketing environment.
