About the Role
We are looking for an IT Program Manager to join BioMatrix, a nationwide infusion pharmacy with decades of experience supporting patients on specialty medication. This role is responsible for driving IT initiatives from planning through successful completion across a portfolio of enhancement, merger & acquisition (M&A), and security-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run daily working sessions for projects in flight to maintain momentum and alignment
- →Drive IT projects from planning through completion across enhancement, M&A, and security initiatives
- →Facilitate collaboration, planning, and refinement of project tasks
- →Drive decisions through structured input from cross-functional stakeholders
- →Actively follow up on tasks to ensure progress and timely delivery
- →Own and maintain the IT project management platform (JIRA)
- →Keep business owners informed, engaged, and accountable throughout project milestones
- →Create and maintain clear project documentation
- →Maintain portfolio-level roadmaps to support reporting outside of IT
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience managing IT or technology-related projects
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- ✓Demonstrated experience driving projects from planning through execution with clear task ownership and follow-through
- ✓Experience using a project management platform (e.g., JIRA or similar) to manage backlogs, assignments, and timelines
- ✓Ability to facilitate meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions
- ✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder updates and project documentation
- ✓Ability to gather input from multiple stakeholders and drive aligned decisions
