Weβre looking for an Account Manager who thrives in a client-facing, cross-functional environment and is excited to support customers across both talent solutions and marketing partnerships within commercial real estate.
This role begins with deep immersion into SelectLeaders, our industry-leading CRE job board, where youβll build strong client management fundamentals, understand hiring challenges across the industry, and develop expertise in our platform and customer strategy. As you grow in the role, youβll expand your portfolio to include Bisnow event and media clients within a dedicated geographic market, creating a unique opportunity to support customers across both hiring and brand visibility initiatives.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys relationship management, problem-solving, and being at the center of client success while working closely with sales, marketing, and production teams. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong service mindset and an interest in how technology platforms grow and deliver value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Client Onboarding & Support
β’ Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they are set up successfully on the platform.
β’ Provide day-to-day support to clients, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
β’ Help troubleshoot job postings, account access, and general platform questions.
β’ Ensure a positive and responsive client experience across all touchpoints.
β’ Inbound Requests & Communication
β’ Monitor and respond to inbound emails, support tickets, and website chatbot inquiries.
β’ Route requests appropriately and follow through to resolution.
β’ Maintain clear documentation of client interactions.
β’ Job Board Operations & Technical Support
β’ Support ongoing maintenance of job postings and employer accounts.
β’ Identify, resolve, escalate technical issues or bugs to the appropriate team.
β’ Help ensure data accuracy across the platform.
β’ Data, Reporting & Insights
β’ Assist with compiling reports on client activity, job performance, and usage trends.
β’ Analyze data to identify customer patterns and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Support leadership with insights that inform product and growth strategy.
β’ Customer Trends & Strategic Support
β’ Observe client feedback and recurring questions to help identify product or process improvements.
β’ Contribute ideas to enhance client experience, candidate flow, and audience development.
β’ Assist with projects related to long-term job board strategy and growth initiatives.
β’ Sales & Account Support
β’ Support the Enterprise Account Executive with research, proposal preparation, and follow-up.
β’ Help manage client requests and ensure timely responses.
β’ Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and renewals.
Bisnow Responsibilities and Job Duties:
β’ Work with a positive, cross-functional team on an everyday basis to make certain each piece of inventory that a client purchases is delivered seamlessly.
β’ Flawless execution of each sale to ensure client expectations are met, and as frequently as possible, exceeded.
β’ Work with our Bisnow Sales Executives AND Client Success Managers to become the all-important point of contact for all event sponsorship clients.
β’ Monitor and care for all post-sale client deliverables: obtaining all necessary digital/event page collateral (eg. photo, bio, logo, ad creative etc.)Own client preparation/sponsor experience leading up to each event: confirming sponsor attendee list, providing event set up instructions, gathering shipping details, etc.
β’ Own client preparation/sponsor experience leading up to each ad/content campaign: run dates, deadlines, ad specs.
β’ Communicate client needs with ad delivery team, event coordination team, sales team, production team and accounting.
β’ Follow up post events or digital ad placement to ensure an excellent experience.
β’ Analyze event feedback to ensure each topic is followed up on.
β’ Constantly innovate our digital and event series, bringing fresh ideas to the table to improve attendee & client experience.
β’ Provide feedback from clients to internal departments in an effort to improve Bisnow performance.
β’ Build lasting relationships with all clients that ultimately lead to continued account growth.
What are we looking for?
β’ Curiosity about technology, marketplaces, or online platforms. Exposure to technology tools, customer support platforms, or data analysis nice to have.
β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Interest in partnering with commercial real estate clients within technology, recruiting, and SaaS environments. Demonstrates a customer-first approach and a strong learning mindset.
β’ Comfort working with data in spreadsheets and systems.
β’ Natural curiosity for technology, marketplaces, and digital platforms. Experience with technical tools, customer support software, or data analysis is beneficial.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
