Key Responsibilities
- →Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of MiCAR requirements across relevant entities
- →Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions, notifications, and reporting under MiCAR
- →Support the embedding of MiCAR requirements into the internal control framework
- →Monitor MiCAR Level 2/3 developments and assess regulatory impact
- →Provide regulatory support to Compliance Officers and promote a culture of transparency and accountability
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance or related field
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial regulation, compliance, or crypto regulation
- ✓Strong understanding of EU financial market regulation
- ✓Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, operationally feasible processes and controls
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓German skills are a strong asset
