About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist dedicated to Bitso's FX vertical. This role serves as the bridge between FX clients, the sales team, and technical infrastructure, ensuring clients are ready to trade with minimal operational friction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end operational readiness for FX clients, addressing setup issues and ensuring seamless transitions
- →Act as the first line of defense for account errors or product glitches, investigating and solving issues before they escalate
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for the FX team and their clients, managing high volumes of incoming requests
- →Identify recurring bottlenecks in the FX workflow and work with the team to automate or document solutions
Requirements
- ✓At least 2+ years of experience in Product Ops, Fintech Support, or FX Operations
- ✓Fluency in both English and Spanish
- ✓Technical comfort with back-end systems
- ✓Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong communication skills to translate complex technical issues for clients and internal teams
