About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Reconciliation team at Bitso. You will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity by owning products that reconcile both Fiat and Crypto assets. This role involves building the universal ledger platform that allows Bitso to scale safely across borders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define product specifications and remove blockers to support the Senior Product Manager
- →Act as the primary link between Finance/Operations and the Engineering team
- →Identify growth levers and blockers within flows and prioritize initiatives for automated, scalable systems
- →Deeply understand your product area and propose actions to improve it
- →Contribute to quarterly planning process and make recommendations on high-priority initiatives
- →Work closely with leadership to ensure buy-in across the organization
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within Platform, Payments, or Treasury
- ✓Understanding of the lifecycle of a transaction and the importance of precise ledger reconciliation
- ✓Ability to set goals that align with company OKRs and measure impact
- ✓Skill in gathering requirements and defining functionality in a clear, actionable format
- ✓Experience working closely with Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams
- ✓Ability to leverage user feedback, research, and past data to understand pain points
- ✓Comfortable querying data to generate actionable insights and connect quantified goals to meaningful business outcomes
