About the Role
Bitso is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Core Experience to own the heart of the Bitso app, focusing on experiences that convert new users into active customers and retain long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Bitso’s Core Experience
- →Design and launch experiences that help users discover and engage with financial products
- →Identify growth opportunities through user behavior analysis and experimentation
- →Lead cross-functional product development with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing
- →Drive initiatives to improve key lifecycle metrics
- →Align stakeholders to ensure a coherent product experience
Requirements
- ✓5–8+ years of Product Management experience
- ✓Proven experience building or scaling consumer mobile products
- ✓Demonstrated success improving core lifecycle metrics
- ✓Strong experience using product analytics and experimentation
- ✓Ability to define product strategy and translate it into roadmaps
- ✓Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
