WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials - Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all touchpoints - Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives results - Design for diverse audiences — consumers, partners, and internal teams - Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines and visual standards - Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution across projects - Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute to the overall brand direction YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU… - Love shaping brand stories through impactful visual design - Can turn complex briefs into clean, engaging visuals - Balance strong attention to detail with a clear brand perspective - Take initiative and own your projects from concept to delivery - Stay updated on digital design trends, motion design, and AI-assisted tools - Work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment WHAT YOU BRING - 5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles - Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and visual excellence - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma - Experience with motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro - Experience or interest in AI tools for design ideation and production - Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency - Ability to mentor designers and collaborate cross-functionally NICE TO HAVE - Experience designing performance marketing or campaign visuals - Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX - Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries WHAT YOU’LL GET - Competitive salary and opportunity to grow into a creative leadership role - Ownership of high-impact visuals seen by millions of users - A fast-moving team that values clear thinking, strong design, and execution - A culture where creativity and experimentation are encouraged - Remote working flexibility within Indonesia
