About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnership Manager to join Bjak, the region’s largest insurance portal. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic brand partnerships to expand Bjak’s reach and credibility across ASEAN.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with Bjak’s business and marketing objectives.
- →Identify, assess, and prioritize potential partners to expand Bjak’s reach and credibility.
- →Initiate and lead partnership discussions, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and structure impactful collaborations.
- →Oversee end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- →Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners.
- →Track, measure, and analyze the performance of partnership activities using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, marketing, or related fields.
- ✓Strong understanding of partnership planning, influencer collaborations, and co-marketing strategies.
- ✓Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating multi-party campaigns.
- ✓Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
- ✓Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
