About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join BJAK, one of the largest digital insurance platforms in the region. This role will focus on leading insurer partnerships and driving high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key insurer partners in Taiwan
- →Lead end-to-end partnership initiatives from pitching and negotiation to implementation
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to design proposals, partnership programs, and joint initiatives
- →Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
- →Monitor partnership KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- →Represent BJAK in partner meetings, industry engagements, and professional forums
- →Anticipate partner needs and proactively address operational or strategic challenges
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles
- ✓Insurance or financial services experience is strongly preferred
- ✓Demonstrated success in securing and expanding high-value partnerships
- ✓Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions
- ✓Self-directed work style with the ability to operate in dynamic settings
- ✓Based in Taiwan and able to work on-site as business needs require
- ✓Professional fluency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English
