About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join BJAK, the largest insurance platform in Southeast Asia. This high-trust, high-leverage role works directly with the CEO to drive alignment, clarity, and execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner directly with leadership to define, track, and drive progress on company-wide strategic priorities
- →Prepare high-quality briefings and analysis to support C-level decision-making
- →Lead and facilitate core leadership forums, ensuring cross-departmental alignment
- →Draft and refine communication materials for internal teams, the Board, and investors
- →Lead high-priority, complex projects that do not have a natural departmental owner
- →Identify operational gaps and coordinate solutions to enable company-wide scale
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or previous Chief of Staff roles
- ✓Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant accountability
- ✓Strong critical thinking, structuring, and executive-level communication skills
- ✓Experience working closely with senior leadership on sensitive matters
- ✓High level of maturity, discretion, and judgment
- ✓Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
