About the Role
We are looking for a Creative & Design Lead to join BJAK, Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial platform. This role involves owning how the world sees and experiences BJAK, from visuals to messaging, and leading the creative force behind it.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — from tone to typography.
- →Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging.
- →Develop creative concepts and campaigns that connect with users and drive growth.
- →Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators.
- →Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and quality under tight deadlines.
- →Build and manage creative workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
- →Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute key campaigns.
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years in creative, brand, or design leadership, ideally in a fast-moving brand or agency.
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns.
- ✓Deep understanding of design, branding, and digital content strategy.
- ✓Proven experience leading creative teams and providing actionable, inspiring feedback.
- ✓Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows.
- ✓Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
